Alternative dispute resolution (“ADR”) has its advantages and disadvantages. At Grogan Hesse & Uditsky, P.C. (GHU), our Chicago medical spa lawyers have seen ADR at its best and worst. It is important when you first enter into a contract that you know what you’ve agreed to and why. Often, ADR restrictions can seriously limit your ability to resolve disputes effectively or pursue claims for damages.
